Returns

Before purchasing your item, please carefully read our sizing guide to figure out your size. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you wish to return your item, please email us with your invoice number and we will get back to you within two working days.

If you receive any products that you are unhappy with, you may return the item to SisterGolden within 10 days of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit or exchange for the purchase price of the item. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the Product and does not include any delivery costs.

If you wish to exchange a product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.

All items returned to us must be returned in the original condition - We will not be able to accept any items for return which are not in the original condition.

You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item.

Any product returns must be made within a reasonable period of time and you will be asked for proof of purchase.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
